(b) Keyword Subscribers: When our subscribers add you to their keyword list, or when you subscribe to their keyword list by texting to their keyword to a shortcode, we will store your cell phone number on our secure Platform. If our subscriber has uploaded your first and last name into our Platform, we may store your first and last name as well. You may unsubscribe from a keyword list at any time, in which case your personal information will be immediately deleted from our Platform; provided that, however, if you have been added to an “abusers” database, your personal data will be deleted within sixty (60) days of unsubscribing.

(c) Prospective Customers or Leads: We will collect your email address. To receive any communications from us, you will be required to confirm your interest via a double opt-in process. You may opt out from receiving additional communications from us at any time by clicking the link provided.

(d) Affiliates: We will collect your email address and contact data, so that we can pay promptly for commission earnings. We do not rent, trade, or share personal information or subscriber data with third parties, except to provide our Service, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

(a) We send newsletters to our subscribers, leads, and affiliates, using your personally identifiable information.

(b) We use a third party developer who may require access to your personally identifiable information for the delivery of Service, which party is prohibited by a nondisclosure agreement entered into with us from using your personally identifiable information except as required to provide web development services to us.

(c) We use a third party shopping cart for credit card processing, which party is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.
